Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Balaji Krafts & Tutorials. We strive to provide the highest quality educational support, tutorials, and creative workshops for our students. Please read our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and course access below.
1. Academic Tutorials & Courses (Grades 1–8)
- Monthly Tuitions: Fees paid for monthly academic tutorial sessions (CBSE & ICSE syllabus) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. We plan our batch sizes and teacher schedules in advance based on active student enrollments.
- Batch Adjustments: If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session due to personal emergencies or health reasons, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While we cannot offer partial refunds for missed classes, we will do our best to accommodate the student in a backup or doubt-clearing session where possible.
2. Creative Workshops & Summer Camps
- Cancellations by Parent: For seasonal workshops, holiday camps, or specialized craft modules, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the start date of the camp/workshop.
- Late Requests: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop start date are eligible for a 50% refund, or the full amount can be converted into a credit note valid for future courses or tutorials.
- No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for students who fail to attend scheduled workshop sessions without prior written notice.
3. Class Cancellations by the Management
In the rare event that Balaji Krafts & Tutorials must cancel a specific course batch, workshop, or individual session due to unforeseen operational challenges, power interruptions, or faculty emergencies:
- We will arrange an alternate makeup class at a mutually agreeable time.
- If a makeup class cannot be scheduled, a pro-rata refund or credit adjustment for that specific session will be credited back to the parent.
4. How to Request a Refund or Batch Change
All requests for cancellations, batch transfers, or refunds must be formally submitted:
- Via Email: Send an email detailing your request to pradeep@balajikraftstutorials.in.
- Processing Time: Valid refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
